Why should I register?

This is a safe place for public participation. Here, you can get involved and contribute your comments, ideas or views, whatever they may be, for the Tendring Colchester Borders Garden Community.

Site moderation helps protect you and others from abuse or inappropriate language. We welcome all contributions, but will not tolerate abuse, bullying or disrespectful language. Registering also helps us to ensure that you are a real person, making a real contribution, and allows us to make sure we are reaching a wide-ranging group of people.

To register, click on any of the 'register' banners, or follow the instructions below:

1: Click on the "Sign In" button or the “Register” button in the top right of the homepage

2: Choose a username and password

3: Complete a few quick questions about you

4: You will receive an email to validate your email address

5: Return to the website and click the "Sign In" button

Don't want to register, but still want to comment?

Registering on this website is the best way to submit your comments. However, if you'd rather not register you can submit your comments by email. When submitting your comments by email you must include your full name, as we will not be able to accept anonymous comments. Please email tcbgardencommunity@colchester.gov.uk or planning.policy@tendringdc.gov.uk

If you prefer, you could submit your comments by letter. Send letters to Freepost TCB GC. You must include your full name and postal address as we will not be able to accept anonymous comments.

When submitting comments by email or letter we will keep a record of your contact details, so that we can contact you again about future consultations. You may ask to be removed from this correspondence at any time.
